Propo-N/APAP is a tradename for the combination of Propoxyphene (a weak opioid medication) and Acetaminophen (Tylenol) which is typically used for mild to moderate pain syndromes. Scripts are typically written for 50mg or 100mg of Propoxyphene and 325mg or 500mg of Acetaminophen. Do not take these medications for extended periods of time as they can cause dependence.
