A Callus is an area of skin that's become toughened and thickened due to repeated pressure or friction. Using a Pumus Stone will help in the removal of a callus.

Callus are thick layers of hard skin caused my repetitive rubbing or pressure on the skin. They may not be cut off at home due to risk of infection. A health care provider can remove them and prescribe antibiotics if needed.

A callus is an area of sking that has thickened due to repeated friction or pressure. A better option than cutting them off is avioding the friction that caused it and using a topical ointment.

A callus is hardened, dried, dead skin. Cutting one off is not a great idea, though. Better to get an abrasive stone called a pumice stone, soak it, and scrub.
