A "face interview" is the old fashioned, go in to the office, and meet with the person charged with hiring new employees. In today's technological age, much of the interviewing process is done through use of technology. A "face interview" is one of the final steps in the hiring process, allowing one to show the company their personality and potential.

A face interview is when the person being interviewed engages in a meeting with an interviewer for the potential position. This allows for each person involved to see and assess the other visually, as opposed to either a telephone or online interview where the assessment is done either by words or by voice only conversation.

This means that they want to meet you face to face and conduct an interview in person. You will want to be sure you get the time, date, place, who to see, and any other pertinent information. Be sure to be on time and prepared.

A face interview is when you go in to talk in person with the hiring manager of the company that is hiring.
