Honestly, Wisteria will grow just about anywhere. It is a plant that requires "tough love". I've actually seen people beat the trunk with a hammer to make it grow!

Wisteria isn't picky about the kind of soil it will grow in, and will take part to full sun. What it does absolutely need is something really sturdy to climb on. This can mean anything from enhancing a backyard gazebo to hiding a chain link fence.

Once established, wisteria can grow aggressively and take over an area pretty quickly. Plant away from the house, and away from trees and plants that you don't want to lose.

Partial sun and shade are the best for growing it if you have no place where it can have partial shade you will need to put up a blind so that it will cast shade over the plants during the hottest part of the day you can also do a websearch and get more hints and tips.

Usually if you plant it on the side of a building that doean't get the morning sun it will do very well.
