What is a good workout to get 6 pack abs?

There are lots of fancy answers to this question that include name-brand exercise equipment and detailed routines. But seriously, the best way to get six-pack abs is to do lots of sit-ups every day. Start where you are, with the number of sit-ups you can comfortably do and push up that number by 2 or 3 sit-ups per day.

The best workout to get 6 pack abs is situps. It concentrates on the abdominal muscles more than any other exercise.

In the end, the best way to get a six pack is by simply doing a lot of situps. The ab cruncher and abdominizer are also good ways, along with doing a lot of cardio, to ensure that you don't have a lot of body fat on you. Crunches are also a good exercise.

First off, 6 pack abs are caused by body fat under 9 percent, and that only comes from a solid, healthy diet. A good workout to make those abs look nice once they are visible is to do weighted incline sit-ups, back extensions, russian twists, and pull-ups. Also, you should do lots of high intensity sprinting.

Hold the plank position for at least one minute a day, every day. Also, do tons of cruches that work lower abs, upper abs, and obliques.

Crunches and sit-ups are always a good way, but also even out the workout by throwing in some leg lifts or turns during your sit-ups.
