A heart rate between 130 and 140 beats and a blood pressure of 140/80 would be normal for a normal, healthy, 24 year old male after a treadmill test. There is room for variation.

A normal heart rate and BP for a resting 24 year old is between 60-100 and 100/60 up to 140/90. When exercising on a treadmill the heart rate may go up to 180; anything more is too fast. Blood pressure will largely stay the same, but may decrease a bit due to increased blood vessel dilation.

Blood pressure should be 140/80 and for a healthy male on a treadmill, the heartrate should hover around 135 beats.

Depending on the speed that they put you at, the average is any where from 140-200, with anything over 210 being very unhealthy.

First be sure to talk to your doctor about what goal heart rate and blood pressure rate he or she would like to see or expect from you. The general formula to figure your maximum heart rate out yourself is to subtract your current age from 220.

Normal heart rate at rest is 60-100 beats per minute with BP of 120/70. During a tredmill test your doctor will be looking for changes in your breathing, ekg and if you have chest pain. The heart rate and blood pressure will be different for everyone dependent upon your health.

There is no normal heart rate for a healthy 24 year old male on a treadmill test. There is however a normal range, which is about twice normal.

The normal heart rate and BP during exercise is subject to a lot of variantion. It is around 140 beat per minute. BP actually remains the same or even lowers.

Multiply your age times. 8 and subtract from 214. That number is that target heart rate after the treadmill test is run. So your target is around 190.
