A stock person is the person who puts inventory on the shelves. They make sure the shelves are not bare. When inventory is delivered it is there job to unload it and put it out on the floor.

A stock person takes care of inventory in a store or warehouse. This inventory usually comes in on a truck at various times of the day and night. The stock person may or may order the stock and determine how much or how little to order. This depends on if the stock person is in management.
