Look for tiny white aphids which may be at the base of the plant, which is curable. Another problem may be verticillium wilt which will kill the plant.

The most common cause for a leaf wilt is that it's getting too much sun on that spot. Other causes are that when it's getting water, that is the spot on the leaf that the water is hitting. Also just hitting when you walk past or other things bumping the leaf hard enough.

The bacteria wilt organism can be present in the soil, and if detected, the plant should not be grown there. There is no chemical treatment for this disease. The fungus damages the plants ability to conduct water to the plant. This bacteria is seed-borne and so you must be preventative in choosing your plant stock.
