What is good side side dish for stuffed crab?

I would serve the old backup, coleslaw. I also think a corn chowder would be good. Salad with tiny shrimp would also be good.

Sweet potatoes are excellent with stuffed crab -- try a baked sweet potatoe with butter, mashed or French fried sweet potatoes. Asparagus with Hollandaise is also great.

Stuffed crab is delicious paired with a tossed mixed green salad with a light dressing. Lemon vinagrette would make a zesty dressing to compliment the crab. I will also add steamed new potatoes tossed in butter and parsley.

I personally enjoy a light pasta dish that won't overpower the flavor of the crab. Vegetables are always a plus with any meal, especially if you get "local flavor" veggies.

Stuffed crabs Boiled, bisque,gratin or stuffed. Usually the way to do it is not to pick meat out of boiled crabs, but to buy the lump crab meat separately, get some washed crab shells from the seafood market then mix the dressing and stuff them into the crabs.
