I would say a knee length neutral colored pencil skirt, or a knee length floral print flowy skirt. Then, I would wear a nice white tank top, with a white button up shirt over that. And over that, I would find a nice cardigan to match the skirt. And as for shoes and hair? Flats and a pony tail.

A knee high dress would be appropriate, with a floral or spotted design and a high neck line. Perhaps ruffles, if the dress has short sleeves.

A very chic dress is actually fairly in. Nothing too revealing or short, but a satin or sleek fabric in a trendy cut is what most of us wear. Usually, it's a spaghetti strap or sleeveless, but ALWAYS with a little cardigan and some heels.

You'll have to pay attention to what the other people at your church wear to fully answer that. Each individual group of people have their own rules about clothing. I would step out beyond the box and wear what I want though.
