After missing your period most of them are arounf 98% accurate and if it is positive it is almost always accurate (from what my doctor's have told me). Having said that if your doctor does a blood test it is more accurate than a urine sample. Urine test at a doctor are about the same as a home test.

Actually, home pregnancy tests such as First Response and EPT are 99.9% accurate. At the hospital, the doctors administer basically the same test. What both tests do is check your hormone levels through urine. My doctor said they had the same accuracy, the hospital just has the advantage of ultrasounds.

These days home pregnancy tests are almost 100% accurate. Often if you go to a doctor and say that you've taken a home test and it's positive, they won't even bother to do a doctor's test; they'll just assume you're really pregnant. That's especially true if you've taken several home tests and they're all positive.

You can find at home pregnancy tests that are 99.9% accurate, but it all depends on if they are used correctly. The doctor's tests are generally stronger and can pick up the hormones more easily.

Home pregnancy test is 100 % accurate provided the pregnancy kit are of a standard company. Pregnancy Card is not accurate. Even doctors use standard pregnancy kits.
