"All-seeing eye of Providence" is a phrase that people use when they are talking about how their god knows about the future. Their god will keep watch over them and provide the tasks necessary. I believe that God is all knowing all powerful. He already knows whats will happen.

The "all-seeing eye of Providence" is demonstrated on the top of the pyramid on the one dollar bill. It means that God sees all and thus knows all that happens.
