Larceny is usually the generic term for theft or stealing or taking personal property that doesn't belong to you. Burglary is usually defined as the unauthorized entry into a building or area to commit a crime, usually theft, but not exclusively. These terms are usually defined by state statute with specific legal definitions for the charging of a crime.

Larceny and theft are usually the same thing, taking something with the intent to keep it. Burglary is usually an unauthorized entry into a building with intent to commit crime.
