Invitations will be either written in English or old Hebrew. The wording suits more a union before the eyes of God than of a marriage. It speaks of always being true to the law of God and will sometimes have quotes from the Bible.

Some couples have the wording in both English and Hebrew, though this is not required. The wording should suit you and your fiance. There are lots of websites that offer examples of quotes that can be added, but most importantly you should include the who, where, date and time.

Pending on whether or not you yourself are Jewish, it would be important to read up on the traditions and cermonies with the wedding process. Even if it's briefly skimming a summary over this right of passage, you'll be all-the-more prepared towards blending in with the scenery. With invitations, the more religious you present yourself, the better.
