Gunshot wounds are medical cases that needs an immediate attention. This medical case is usually managed by flushing a sterile water or plain normal saline solution to prevent accumulation of bacteria that can lead to infection. It can also be treated by taking intravenous and oral antibiotics. Doctors also make an incision on the gunshot wound to prevent hemothorax.

The healing process isn't actually that long. First, the inside of the shoulder will rapidly fill back up by sending blood with minerals and other fibers to heal the skin/inside.

The healing process involves seeking immediate medical attention. Afterwards you should follow your physicians directions and take all medications as directed and change bandages regularly.

The first thing you need to do is staunch the bleeding. The wound must be cleaned. If fragments of the shot remain in the body they should be removed if possible. The bandage should be changed at least every 24 hours. Watch out for signs of infection. The victim needs to work the arm and shoulder in every direction.

Well to heal, you need to focus on your diet. Have a lot of vegetable soup and what not. Do not exercise for a while. Rest often.

Lots of rest for it. Most of the time with a wound like that the doctors try to get them to heal from the inside out thats why it takes so long for them to get completely healed up.
