Jamie has a number of restaurants, his first was Fifteen, in North London, now also in Cornwall, Amsterdam, and Melbourne. He has recently started a chain called Jamie's Italian in Liverpool and elsewhere, meant to be a diverse "neighborhood" eatery. Jamie Oliver has his own website listing locations, and also his philosophy of using Fifteen to empower disadvantaged youth.
