Bladder infections are caused by bacteria making its way up the urethra. Poor diet, insufficient water/liquids in the diet, and sexual activity can contribute.

The main cause of bladder infections is external bacteria traveling up the urethra and into the bladder. Existing kidney infections can also easily spread to the bladder.

Urinary Tract Infection, or UTI, are caused by bacteria entering the body through the urethra. Women are more susceptible then men because of the length and straightness of the urethra. Bacteria can be introduced any number of ways such as bad hygiene or sexual abuse, proper hygiene is helpful.

Bladder infestions are caused by bacteria. In most cases these are bacteria who enter the urethra. In more serious cases the bacteria travell to the bladder from a kidney infection.
