The employee induction process involves new recruit orientation which includes a general overview of the corporation, on-site training and occasionally watch a video on company policies. The program is normally conducted by the Human Resources Department and can last anywhere from one to five days. Attendance is mandatory.

My advice would be to understand the culture of your organization. This is where you are given the insight into you new company. Here you will usually have an HR overview, a walkthrough of various departments and finally, you will sit with employees doing the job that you will be doing to get a better handle on your new role.

The general process is a lot like training. You will be shown around your new workplace and introduced to your new co-workers.

Employee induction is just another term for employee training. This is a transition period where you learn the skills for your new job, and give the company a chance to make a decision about keeping you for the job or not.

The employee induction is a training plan for all new employees. This covers your terms and conditions of employment. The meeting must cover expectations of your employment.

Employee induction generally means employee orientation. During an orientation period, a new employee completes paperwork for payroll and benefits, meets news staff and learns overall company policy and procedures.
