Twitching eyes are normally secondary to stress or tension. No surgical intervention is necessary. Severe cases of twitching or blinking have shown good response with Botox injections. Twitching eyelids are most often temporary and have no lasting ill effects.

Eye twitches because eyes are tired. It could be because of not enough sleep or putting strain on eyes with TV or computers. By resting the twitch would go away.

There are a couple of causes of an eye twitch. You may just have a stress problem or more severely, a nerve problem. I'd check with your doctor.

Eyetwitching is caused due to weakness in the body. Some feel sick some will have pain in their body other their eyes will twitch. The best way to get rid of it is dont stress on anything toomuch ,have good sleep. Avoid taking caffeine or alchoholic drinks which is not good for the health.
