What is the right-of-way law in Maryland say concerning intersections?

At a 4 way stop, the vehicle arriving first must stop, then has the right to proceed. In doubt, you must yield the right of way to the vehicle on your right. Maryland driving laws are online and can be consulted there. All vehicles must STOP first, and determine right of way after a full stop.

All intersections normally have 4 way stop signs. Whoever arrives to the stop sign first is allowed to go first. If two or more people arrive at the same time, then you have to yield to the car on your right.
