What is your experience with a Rinnai water heater?

I have one in my house right now and it is the best water heater I have ever had. It keeps the water hot as long as you need it.

I currently have no experience with the Rinnai tank less water heater. I have thought about upgrading to them, but I find the current price to be a little prohibitive. I would certainly consider purchasing the unit if there were a price decrease. The other thing is I am not sure how many I would need overall.
