You can buy 'durable/washable' paint finishes these days, designed to be resistant to scuffs and suitable to be wiped down if needed. With standard paint, gloss finishes tend to be more cleanable than matt finishes. If the walls are likely to get dirty e. g. if you have young kids, buy a couple of extra pots to use for touching up.

If you want a paint that is easy to clean stay away from flat paint. Use either a semi-gloss or eggshell finish. To enhance the cleanability you can look into selecting a paint that is designed for childens rooms as it is always durable and easy to clean.

I would go with a semi gloss interior paint. Its easy to clean and has just a little shine. Any of the well know brands will work fine.

Semi-gloss or gloss finish paint is the most scrubbable. Eg-shell or satin is cleanable. Flat is not either unless it is a specific, higher costing labeled paint.
