ALot of different spiders have a striped abdomen, the ones coming to mind right now are almost all species of jumping spiders, a brown recluse has some striping there are some types of barn spiders that have a striped abdomen as well

The female Wasp Spider from Britain is black and white with yellow stripes resembling a bee or a wasp. This lady does bite though is not poisonous.
