She will likely have another one in time, and the safest thing to do would be to get a neuro-consukt from your veterinarian so they can determine the type of seizures she has an prescribe the correct medicine for her.

Most important is to keep the cat safe while having the seizure.. Cats don't swallow their tongues. The seizure should stop after a few seconds; if it goes longer, then it could create further problems. If it is just one time you shouldn't have to take them to the vet.

You should really take the cat to the vet so that tests can be run. It may have been a one time thing (hopefully) however your cat could have a serious problem that can be helped with medicine or something else.

Try to minimize all distractions around your cat at all times. Take note of what happened during the seizure, like: how long it lasted, did she go unconscious at any point? If it happens again I would relay that information to a vet.

Cats are prone to diabetes, which can cause seizures. Feed your cat some corn syrup (Karo). About 1/4 teaspoon is enough. Hopefully this will help calm the cat. Then take it to the vet immediately for a blood test and treatment.

First you need to figure out what caused the seizure. If she only ever has one nothing might need to be done. If she has another you can get medication to prevent them.
