Assuming you have the puppies on medication for their worms you should contact the vet immediately. Vomiting in any young animal can quickly lead to dehydration and even death. Keep your puppies hydrated and talk to a vet ASAP.

If your puppy is vomiting worms, you need to get it to the vet for a checkup and the proper medicine. Your vet will start a deworming series of shots (usually 3) and give you any other medicine they think is needed. Relax, because this is common in all dogs.

You should take them to a vet and see what his medical opinion states. Though, what color are your puppies vomit? If it is a golden color, that is bile. That is usually a sign that your puppies might also have parvo. In a few days if you see blood in the stool, it is definite.

You are going to need to get these puppies on a wormer. Take them to the vet because regular wormers are not meant for dogs under 6 months of age.
