Your nose is chapped from being wet. Try vasaline or even chap-stick around the irritated area, blow your nose gently and try to whipe gently.

You should be keeping the area moist. It is likely dried out. Try using a petroleum-based product like Carmex or Vaseline.

You want to be as gentle as possible so try to avoid the sore spots. A medicated cream or ointment can give relief quickly. Try to keep the irritated area as clean and dry as possible.

Keep the area around your nose moisturizzed. You can apply vaseline to the area to keep it moisturized or neosporin for open sores. Use a soft gentle kleenex.

Switch to a tissue with lotion in it. Next after you blow apply some petroleum jelly to wherever your nose is red and sore.

I know this may sound rather unorthodox, but in the past I have had luck using my sons diaper creams on my nose, both A&D and a zinc oxide one.

The skin irritated under the nose from blowing nose should be treated simply by applying a moisturizer. This can be in the form of a lotion or ointment.

Keep is moist. The dryer the skin the more it will crack and become irritated. You can put a little Vaseline in the tip but not inside.
