Take her to a doctor and have her get a prenatal examine. It would probably be best to ask her her what she wants to do. Recommending that she give the baby up for adoption is the least bad of all the bad options. Although she is only 13, she will have strong emotions on this issue.

Depending on your (and their stance), I would talk about the possibility of abortion. If not, then perhaps adoption. Raising a child at this age is EXTREMELY difficult.

You need to discuss it with her. You will need to figure out if you're going to keep the baby or give it up for adoption.
