You should have your Dr explain the possible consequences of the mass. The mass could be harmless or very serious such as a cancerous mass.

Masses can have different meanings. None of which are good for you. I would see a doctor and have the mass examined. It can mean anything from an infection to something more dire.

If you have a mass in your colon then you should definately be worried. You should go to the doctor because you should not have a mass in your colon. Most of the time the doctor can remove it in a simple outpatient procedure at the hospital and you should not have any more problems.
