It is best if you try to hatch these eggs yourself separately. Gently scrape them off the glass with a blade or something similar and create a nice breeding place for them. A sponge filter in a separate clean, warm and well-oxygenated tank will be great for this.

The biggest problem with these eggs is that they get eaten.... sometimes by the catfish parents themselves (ugh!! ). If they survive, they will hatch in 3 days but it will be a further 5 days before they can swim and survive on their own.

And don't forget to feed the baby catfish after they hatch from the eggs and use up the yolk sac!  add a comment

Baby catfish eggs will take roughly one to two weeks to hatch from the time they are fertilized. They will look super cute when they catch :)

Catfish eggs will hatch about 2-5 days after being spawned. You'll notice their location by the parents hovering over them protectively. Upon arrival, they appear as thin strands with attached yolk sacs that sustain them for little more than a day. After that, you'll need to introduce some baby brine shrimp or similar small prey for them to feed on.

Baby catfish eggs will develop into normal fish. They need optimal conditions to grow. I suggest that you make sure that the water tank they will be growing in is very clean.

After the catfish lay eggs it will eat the egg by it self. These are the most common. Scratch the egg with a blade gently, catch the egg with net.
