The breeding period of arizona antelope is August through September. The young appear from May through June. They can be found in open grass fields and forest parks. They eat mainley weeds, cacti and grasses. Males typically weigh 110lbs. and females weigh 75lbs. The hunting season is between Sept 4th-10th for rifle and muzzleloader season is Sept11 -17th

Antelope are an aggressive animal and should be treated as such. Proper attire is also important due to the weather extremes in Az.
