What should I know about judgments against student loans?

Student Loans have to be paid off. There are no way out of them. If you have a judgment against them you are going to have to pay them off eventually so start making payments. If you were to file Bankruptcy, it doesn't cover Student Loans and you will just have to pay them off anyway.

Student loan debt is not discharged under bankruptcy. It will severely impact your credit and can prevent you from getting a number of finance and government jobs. Your tax refunds can be redirected by the government to pay off your student loans.
