I should know whether peach propagation methods are bad for the environment (by needlessly increasing pesticide or herbicide usage, for example), are unfair labor practices (by not paying employees fair wages, for example), or are unsafe for the consumer (by introducing untested chemicals into the food chain or dropping the nutritional content of the fruit, for example.

one must know when is the best season to propagate a peach tree, the best time would be just before the leaves would be out. since peaches don't come mostly from seeds, they are best propagated through cutting.

This can be done by removing almond shaped pit inside seed, wrapping in paper towel, placing in plastic baggie, and putting in refrigerator for a couple months. Once sprouting, plant in a good potting soil/loam mixture and place in a sunny spot for most of the day. Transplant outside.

Well plants like peaches take a long time to propogate. You need to add some kind of citrus peelings in the root soil as well so that they can grow longer. You also need to spray them a few times a week so that bugs and insects will stay away.

If you have two pairs of sunglasses, then an easy test is test. Rotate one of them 90° relative to the other. If both pairs are polarized, then the view through both will become much darker as you rotate one away from the other. If you see this effect, then you can know that both pairs are polarized.

Peach propagation can be done in several ways, including germinating the seed from the pit of a peach you have eaten, rooting a roughly pencil-sized cutting from a tree or grafting onto root stock.
