What should I think about a white freckle?

they are very common amongst people with fair skin and as people age. they usually appear in areas most often exposed to sunlight. they are 100% completely normal as they can also be inherited through genetics. the most common places they appear are forearms and on the shin. no need to worry if they appear anywhere else

This could possibly be caused by a lack of pigmentation which is sometimes caused by sun damage and relatively harmless. If it is slightly raised and rough, see a dermatologist.

White freckles are common and it should not be anything to be alarmed about. It's probably cause by sun damage or it could be inherited. However, there are a few other reasons why you could have this. See a Dermatologist if more appear.

A white freckle is just an area on the skin that has less pigment or melanin then the other skin around it.
