On almost all of the Ford Ranger models 14'' or 15'' rims are the norm. Newer models 2000-present sometimes utilize 16'' rims. Most likely though they would be 14''

It depends on the year of the Ford Ranger you are referring to. But a 13" is common as well as 14" and 15" on higher trim level models. The newer rangers typically have bigger wheels/rims.

Most rims on the Ranger are fifteen inch rims. If you look at the tire it will say something like P75-60R16 and the R16 would mean that the rim is a sixteen inch rim. It is very easy to tell once you look at the tire. Hope that this helps you out.

Without knowing the year and model of the truck I can't give you the dimensions. You will need to measure them. The tire will tell you the diameter of the wheel. Measure from the back of the hub surface to the edge of the rim to find the backspacing. Then measure the width of the rim from side to side.
