If you aren't getting any sleep because you are in the baby's room should think about cosleeping. My son and I have his crib sidecarred against our bed and I sleep like a rock! When he gets hungry he will squirm and get his feet in my side. I will scoot over close to his bed and nurse.

Set yourself on a schedule and ignore the baby if it is crying too soon after feeding. Additionally, you should sleep whenever the baby is sleeping.

Try and sleep when your baby is sleeping, keep in mind it is not safe to sleep when you are feeding your baby. Being a new mom is hard but with practice and time you will get the hang of it.

You should try to pump some milk and have someone else feed the baby for one feeding so that you can rest. You can also try to swaddle the baby and try to feed the baby longer and more so they are fuller and can sleep longer than they are now.

First please remember that you are not just feeding the milk to your baby. Your are feeding the love towards your baby. Your are giving life to your baby on every feeding. So please take enough rest by sleeping so that only your baby gets enough milk from you regularly.
