If it is a permanenet red spot on your skin it could be caused by an in-grown hair. You can remove the hair with very fine tweezers. If it is a bug-bite, it should go away in time.

It would depend on what caused the spot. If it's an insect bite probably no treatment is needed. If it is a bite caused by a tick, or poison ivy exposure or something like that, it may need medical treatment.

This sounds like a broken blood vessel. It is normal to get tiny red dots on your skin as you get older, but they can also be the sign of a serious illness (so if you have other symptoms, see your doctor). Getting rid of them is just a matter of ignoring them until they go away. Sometimes they don't.

A home remedy that you can try is using lemon juice to make the spot disappear. Just apply a small amount of lemon juice to the spot twice a day, and the citrus should react with the chemicals in your skin to make it disappear.

It depends on what the tiny red spot is from. It could just be a bug bite. Keep an eye on it, and if it progesses, see a doctor.
