Keeping the area moist with some ointment will help. Keep applying daily until it clears. Make sure to keep the area from drying after it is healed.

The best treatment for inner foreskin trauma would depend on the type of trauma recieved. More than likey a doctor would have to determine the best treatment.

If problem persists as a yeast infection, expose the affected area (retract foreskin) and soak in over the counter domeboro solution for 5-30 minutes 2X per day for 1 week. Best to do this in a cup. Can also apply drops of another antiseptic called gentian violet, though this stains.
