In a shallow bowl mix 1 part water base glue and 4 parts water. Immerse border in glue. Wet wall and position border on wall. Press out bubbles.

Get a wallpaper glue from your local hardware store. Places like Lowe's and Home Depot also carry them. Brush it on the wallpaper and stick it to the wall.
