A good way to reduce stomach bloating is to stop eating foods that are very salty. Salt retains a huge amount of water, so by cutting out salty foods you will quickly shed several pounds of water weight.

The best remedy is to urinate or poop. If that doesn't work, try to burp or fart. If it's a non-temporary thing... Your diet needs a change.

Stay away from artificial cures. There may be several causes, but food more likely is the culprit. Process of elimination should provide an answer. Foods to avoid include high giving gas content... Sugar can also be an issue. Its best to wait 2-3 hours before changing food groups.

Bloating is most often caused by excess gas. This can be caused by poor diet, dehydration, gassy foods, or swallowing. Try eating slowly, changing your diet, and upping your water intake slightly. Fennel tea can help ease symptoms; if the condition doesn't change, talk to a doctor.

When you eat add foods high in Vitamin B which include whole grains, beans and brewer's yeast. Mild exercise is great so taking a walk around the block should help. If you like to add salt to your food you might also cut back on your sodium intake.
