What's the biggest memory card you can get for a camera?

I'm going on a safari.

I think 32g would be the biggest. But for a safari I would probably get about 4 8g cards. You might want to do this just in case something happens to your memory cards. You don't want to end up loosing all of your pictures. That is why it would be better to carry a few with you.

Different cameras have the capacity to read different sized memory cards. The manual that came with your camera or the website for the camera's manufacturer will most likely be able to tell you what the largest card that your particular camera can read would be.

It depends greatly on the type of camera you have. The best card you can get would be a 16GB(without sacrificing access speed). My personal suggestion for you would be to use more 4GB cards and just switch them. This way if a card gets damaged, at least you have the others.
