In slavery, the workers are valuable alive and wanted alive. In the Holocaust, the undesirables were worked to death if not outright killed; the goal was their extermination.

The difference between the holocaust and slavery is that the holocaust was an attempt to exterminate an entire race of people. Slaves work for an owner. Holocaust was greater than that of slavery.
The difference between the Holocaust is that when they was force to work they was seperated by gender and family memeders. Slave was seperated by color of their skin.
