I've been through 8 labors and never noticed urination problems, however like any female in labor she may have pressure on her bladder. Or, you may be mistaking other fluids for urination- if your queen is in labor and really is urinating or discharging constantly, call a vet soonest.

A pregnant cat has a lot more pressure than normal on her bladder and organs. This means she can hold her urine for a shorter time.
