Kittens should get their first distemper shot at about nine weeks old after they've been weaned from their mother. A second round of shots to complete the initial vaccination will occur about a month later. A year after that, a cat should receive another vaccination and then every three years from that point.

To the best of my knowledge cats should get their distemper shots when they are a year to three years old. Always consult a vet first.

Cats are usually given distemper shots at 12 weeks of age, followed by another dosage at 14-16 weeks of age. They are then best given a booster shot every 1-3 years, depending on your vet.

Cats usually get their distemper shots around the time they get their first rabies shot. Sometimes a cat will be around another cat that has distemper and it will get a shot right away.

They typically get their first distemper vaccination around 6 weeks old as a kitten. Then after that, they will receive their booster shots at 9 weeks, then 12 weeks, then 15 weeks old.
