A good supply is anything that meets the demand of your baby. A good supply is also one that allows you to store some for a later time just in case you are not able to pump.

The more you pump the more milk that you will make. So usually you will start out making just a few ounces then as you do it more then you should get a whole bottle.

They say when you pump your breasts to only do about an ounce at a time so that your supply can replenish quickly. If you eat healthy your breast milk should replenish it's self at the rate it should be. So if you do that your milk levels should be proper.

Milk supply will all depend on how long you are pumping and how long it has been since giving birth. In the beginning you will not get as much.

This all depends on the age an size of the baby you're pumping for. Check with your pediatrician to find out how many ounces the baby should get in a feeding, and remember that the more you pump. the more milk you body will produce.
