You can take a language other than English at various colleges in the United States. I would advise you to buy some software like Rosetta Stone to learn to speak another language. There are websites that allow you to learn from the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.

In order to learn the beautiful Dutch or Flemish language, you will have to attend school. This is the only way to practice and learn the language successfully. The closest college would be North Western College.

If you want to learn these languages, you can contact the "Language Loop, LLC" (Dutch; 312.782.6820) or the "Berlitz Languages Chicago IL" (Dutch, Flemish; 312-234-9835).
