many of your local fire departments offer training. Also many local community college offer CPAT training. You could also look up several places in the phone book and call them. Many places, mainly fire departments off the training for free as long as you donate an amount to their fundraiser.

You can get your CPAT training from your local fire department but the best bet is to go through a private agency. It may cost you but you're guaranteed your certificate.
