Bess return to their hives at night. While there is speculation that bees may have a time of dormancy in which they aren't physically active, there is no proof that this is sleep-- at least as humans know it. It is widely believed that they are simply reserving their energies for the next day's work.

Bees return to the hive and go into a dormant state. They will not sleep like a human but they rest in the night.

Bees return to their hive at night. Dying bees may land anywhere as they do not have the strength to return. They do not sleep.
