All rhinos are endangered. Rhinos are a prime target for poachers. This is due to the high cost of the horn of a rhino that is extremely popular in Chinese medicine.

All the Rhinos are endangered because they are mostly poached for their Ivory which could be used for monetary gain or medicinal purposes.Rhinos do not breed as much as other wild animals therefore living them vulnerable to poachers and wild fires could lead to their extinction.Today one is likely to find Rhinos in a sanctuary.

Of the five species of Rhinos found in Asia and Africa, all are seriously endangered, however the southern white and Indian rhino populations are slowly increasing in well-protected sanctuaries, though the white is still Near Threatened, which is close to extinction. Most are Critically Endangered, and none are thriving outside of heavily protected sanctuaries, even there they're threatened by poachers.

I think that no matter what most people believe, rhinos are special and can be considered endangered. There is too much poaching going on that needs to stop right away!!!
