Why am I not getting all of my cable channels?

There is a possibility your channel lineup has changed and the channels have been moved to different locations on your lineup. The channels may also not be part of the package that you are subscribing to. Some cable comapnies now require that you have a box to see some channels.

In some cases it may be due to a faulty cable, or you might have an error in your contract with the cable company. Call your cable provider's customer service.

If you're sure the missing channels are included in the package you subscribe to then the most common reason would be a bad set top box or bad coax cable.
