If you are still full or you have an irritated stomach lining then it is likely you are going to vomit but if not then this might all be just psychological.

You need to see a medical professional to rule out any problems with your digestive system. Your lack of digestive retention could be many things. One possible cause could be a dysfunctional gallbladder. It could also be a symptom of Reflux.

This could be caused by an intestinal blockage or a problems with one of the digestive organs (stomach, intestins, pancrease, liver, gallbladder). If you are having normal bowel movements or passing gas then it is usually not a blockage. You should see a doctor before this leads to dehydration.

Too many reasons to list here: Anxiety, functional disorder, achalasia, pseudoachalasia, peptic ulcer disease, food intolerance (allergy), esophageal stricture, esophageal web, bad reflux, and many other less likely causes.
